Thanks to everyone who joined us at our summer gathering at Katerina’s in NorthCenter. We welcomed the arrival of summer by catching up with old friends, as well as those new to Neighborhood Networking.
Thank you to Katerina for hosting the event and providing appetizers.
And if you haven’t already, plan to visit Katerina’s this summer to enjoy delicious food and eclectic live music. See the website for the upcoming music line-up.
Stay tuned to the blog and follow Neighborhood Networking on twitter to hear about our next event!
Why doesn’t this summer gathering feel like your typical networking event? This won’t be your ordinary Neighborhood Networking…it won’t ‘t feel like a networking event because we are putting a twist to the usual NN events. It will be a casual breezy summer social. Come join us, sit at the bar with us and let’s catch up. You can bring your business cards along just in case.
This event is FREE to attend- please RSVP (click to register)
Cash bar available and appetizers may be purchased.

My Drink On (MDO) is an innovative approach to group buying for the top nightlife venues in the Windy City that incorporates socializing, networking and philanthropy into a single experience. What does this mean!? We have great drink deals and specials to the hottest bars, clubs, restaurants and lounges. We will also be hosting some great events, accompanied by a great drink deal and offer charity events including a great drink special.
The UNICEF Tap Project was born in New York City based on a simple concept: restaurants would ask their patrons to donate $1 or more for the tap water they usually enjoy for free, and all funds raised would support UNICEF’s efforts to bring clean and accessible water to millions of children around the world.
Make sure to stop by their table and learn more about their businesses!
In addition to receiving an assigned table at the event, you will have the opportunity to share information about your business with a captive audience during the entire evening (6–10 pm).
