A great night of networking in Lakeview!

Neighborhood Networking on flickr

Thanks to everyone who stopped by Wishbone last night for Neighborhood Networking in Lakeview. Because of your participation, we had our best turnout to date! Not to mention great food prepared by our friends at Wishbone Restaurant (anyone else addicted to the corn muffins?)

A big hurrah to Wishbone owner Joel Nickson, managers Anthony and Kristin and the rest of the staff who assured that we didn’t leave hungry. Make sure to visit Wishbone for lunch or dinner soon!

We would also like to thank the following people who helped make the event a success: our check-in volunteers, Independent Insurance Advisor Heidi Fishman, Mike Swafford of Clear, and Marty Becklenberg from Pre-Paid Legal Services; our co-host BBR Chicago (Business by Referral); featured nonprofit organization The Ignite the Spirit Fund; and featured exhibitors Gigi Hill Bags, Slumber Parties by Erica, and Lakeview-based Urban Family Chiropractic—we hope you had a chance to stop by their tables and learn more about their businesses.

Stay tuned for details of next month’s event… which also happens to be Neighborhood Networking‘s one-year anniversary! Check back on the blog to see how we plan to celebrate our anniversary. See you next month!

Next stop: Lakeview

Neighborhood Networking kicked off the the new year in style last month in the West Loop. Our next stop is a neighborhood near and dear to both of the hostesses’ hearts: Lakeview.

Join us, along with our co-hosts BBR Chicago (Business by Referral), for an evening of networking at local favorite Wishbone Restaurant (3300 N. Lincoln Avenue, Chicago IL) from 5:30-8:00 pm. Make sure you stay for our now-famous raffle, which always features items from local businesses.*

Buy tickets in advance for $10 ($12 at the door). Please RSVP if you plan to pay at the door.

See you there!
