Another great turnout!

Thanks to everyone who joined us yesterday for Neighborhood Networking at Chief O’Neill’s in Avondale! We had a great turnout of familiar faces as well as newcomers, in a variety of businesses.

A big thanks goes out to our wonderful host Chief O’Neill’s and generous raffle donors: Chief O’Neill’s, Whitfield Consulting, La Finca Restaurant, Earth Pups, Urban Family Chiropractic, Illinois Nut & Candy, The Barking Lot, Inc. and Tasty CMS—as well as our sponsor Microsoft Small Business Local.

Special offer for attendees!

One of our Neighborhood Networking attendees has been generous enough to offer a special offer for fellow attendees.

Ernest B. Norrman, Jr. is a CPA specializing in tax and small business accounting. In order to expand his practice, he is offering Neighborhood Networking attendees a substantial reduction in initial fees. If you have not filed your 2008 taxes yet, he will prepare them for you for 50% of what any professional accountant charged you for 2007, within certain limits. He will also offer very favorable pricing for monthly and quarterly write-up work. This plan applies to new clients only. He hopes to present a similar new client offer for 2009 taxes.

Mr. Norrman can be reached at 773-338-8485, 847-322-7227 (cell), or enorrman@gsb.uchicago.edu. Please mention you saw the offer on the Neighborhood Networking blog.
